Lendlease Melbourne Quarter

Foolscap and Relative collaborated on the design of strategies, guidelines, and retail podium architecture for Lendlease's mixed-use precinct Melbourne Quarter on Collins St, comprising of 800m² of retail, cultural and active food spaces.

For such expansive, uniquely positioned spaces, the facade design was necessarily driven by materiality, human scale and places for interaction – through fine and complex spatial criteria. The design outcome serves the broader development with everyday vitality, for both commercial and residential tenants.
