Fortis White Water

Foolscap have collaborated with developers Fortis and Durbach Block Jaggers Architects to conceptualise and design Manly's White Water precinct. Luxury beachfront offices and an activated retail precinct will be moments away from Manly's beachfront.

The development spans four levels of mixed-use space and will feature premium amenity and high-end materiality above a vibrant street-level retail precinct. The design maximises connections between indoor and outdoor environments, offering unrivalled views of Manly Beach and the iconic Norfolk Pines.
