Scaramanga is a five star destination in Dubai promising landmark wellness, hospitality, and hotel experiences in unparalleled surroundings.

The exterior of Scaramanga, a Koa hospitality and wellness development in Dubai with interiors by Foolscap, architecture by Manuel Cervantes, and landscape design by Polen.

Foolscap is collaborating on the 2.8ha site in Dubai with KOA, a design-driven living brand and developer, architect Manuel Cervantes, landscape designers Polen, and Anna-Lucinda Baxter and Gaia Sebastiani to co-create a holistic set of wellness, hospitality, and hotel spaces grounded in Bedouin culture.

Foolscap's team recently spent a week in Dubai with 40+ consultants from all over the globe to workshop and coordinate the project. Foolscap were involved in overseeing the design and delivery of all interior elements as well as conducting research and development on luxury benchmarks in the region.
